Doves Rest Cabins is nestled in a truly idyllic setting in the heart of the Great Southern Plains near Canyon and Amarillo. This Texas Panhandle property is 3,500 feet above sea level, overlooking the stunning Palo Duro Canyon, otherwise known as "The Grand Canyon of Texas." With 20 miles of incredible valley sights below the Cabins, this property offers a stunning backdrop for your festivities. The sunrises are unforgettable, as are the sunsets, with vast numbers of stars visible in the clear night sky. This is land where the Buffalo roamed, and territory of Southern and Quahada Comanche, Cheyenne, Kiowa, and Arapaho. The canopied patio is an outdoor event space, presenting 1,440 square feet for both ceremonies and receptions. You and your guests may enjoy the amazing views in a safe manner.

Exceptional Service and Experience - a Lifesaver!
Not only did they accommodate our needs in such a short time span, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best weekend. Specifically, Brandi had everything set up just as we had talked about and for our small reception, allowed us to utilize their tables and chairs in the Maverick cabin. They had all the decorations we could ever ask for, was extremely responsive and helpful, and truly made us at ease after having to make this sudden change.
