The team at Donna's Hair is awesome. We got married right in Ewing, so the salon was only 5 min from both the hotel and venue. Additionally, Donna's prices can't be beat-- I paid $110 (plus tip) day of for hair and makeup and the bridesmaids paid $95 each. These were also the best places I could find in the area. The salon was busy but we were still given individualized attention. Donna and two other stylists did hair, which held pretty well throughout the night, and salon manager Roque did all of the makeup. Donna's also an expert in wigs and touched up my mom's (she had breast cancer in 2011) at no cost. I'm very happy with our decision to use Donna's-- what a great value for beautiful work!

Donna and her team are amazing!! Our hair and makeup looked absolutely beautiful and were exactlly what we wanted. The staff at Donna's are super friendly and welcoming. I love these girls and would recommend them to anyone.

I hired this salon for my wedding hair and makeup, not ever hearing a single review or having any recommendations for them. I got married 1 1/2 hours away from my home so I was unfamiliar with my options in this area. I called around, and liked that this salon really took the time to go over their services with me over the phone, when all of the others seemed to want to hang up as soon as possible. Lucky for me, Donna's turned out to be just as good to me when I was there! In fact, I can't believe there are not other reviews of this salon here. Let me say first that I come from the NYC area where salons are typically overpriced, pretentious and eager to get you in and out. This salon was the complete opposite, what a breath of fresh air! As the bride, Donna herself worked on my hair, she was easy to talk to and my hair looked gorgeous! I went for a hair trial 2 weeks prior where we discussed what I wanted, I brought her photos, etc. She gave me exactly the do that I wanted. Same goes for the makeup. Roque is the resident makeup artist and he's very charismatic and really listens to what you want. He was actually the person who spoke with me on the phone the first time. I too brought him a photo and he gave me a wonderful wedding makeup look, natural, glowing and perfect. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone- my experience was with Donna and Roque, but my mother, my aunt, my sister-in-law and the groom's mother also walked out of the salon looking fabulous and everyone loved their looks. Their makeup was all done by Roque but their hairdos were from other staffers, all very good. The prices are very affordable, in my opinion too. The atmosphere is friendly, not pretentious. It was obvious on both of my visits that they deal with a lot of regular customers, everyone seemed to be on a first-name basis that walked through that door. But even the customers were chatting me up & very friendly too.

Donna's Hair was pretty good. We had some scheduling conflicts that were a tad annoying, but everything worked out. The salon had an inaccurate count of the ladies who were getting their hair done, even though I confirmed it the day before. We had to wait some extra time, but other than that, I was happy with the service.
