Scott took the time and effort to ensure our guests, as well as my husband and myself, truly had a wonderful evening of music and dancing! He honored our requests while putting his own unique and fun spin on crowd favorites. From reggae to country to sing along dance tunes, he was outstanding!
He plays to the crowd and seamlessly changes the mood when called for. Professional, outgoing and talented!

The entire experience working with Scott was nothing short of incredible. Scott seamlessly executed the outdoor to indoor transition, played incredible music and worked in what we wanted to hear while keeping the vibes up for all ages of the audience. The dancefloor was never empty. I have been told by no less than 20 people that music was awesome. He provided microphone set up for our ceremony outside while working perfectly with our violinist who had music covered for the ceremony. Then he got set up very quickly inside the ballroom, had lights for the dancefloor, microphones for speeches, and as mentioned, the music was perfect. I don't know how he does it, but I cannot recommend him enough!

I gave him the bare minimum because I am the worst at making decisions, so I put my trust in him for the most important day of my life & he far exceeded my expectations! I’ve had so many friends reach out to tell us how great of a time they had at our wedding & Scott was apart of that reason! He read the room & played the most perfect songs! Used Scott for a wedding in December. Ceremony was on the beach and reception was on the deck. He provided music and mic system for the ceremony-very good sound quality. Kept our party rockin' by reading the crowd well. He is very personable and easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend and hire him again for my next event.

We hired DJKC from BlackTree Music Group for our reception music and it was such a great decision! KC was sweet, professional, and made the atmosphere a party the entire time with the mix and music she played! It was so easy to send her a Spotify playlist with the songs we were looking to have played! We appreciate you KC!

We won Scott's services in a raffle at a bridal show literally the month after we got engaged!! We had absolutely nothing planned and we were so excited to know we won a DJ!!! Scott was super easy to work with, we gave him a playlist of the kind of music we liked and he played the perfect mix! He reads the room and knows exactly what to play and let us choose our songs on the spot if we felt we wanted to change it up during the wedding. He was fantastic!!!! So happy we had him DJ our wedding!!

Scott was a truly incredible DJ, perfectly managing the energy of our wedding reception from start to finish. We had a great call with him the week leading up to the big day, as he was on the way home from another event, and went over what we wanted the music to be like. He remembered every little detail and put together an absolutely spectacular set for our guests. We knew we had hired the right guy from the first song after dinner ended, which got EVERYONE up and onto the dance floor, from the folks in their 20s to the folks in their 70s. Our wedding was the first one where I can’t remember a single song that cleared the dance floor. All the “must plays” were sprinkled throughout the night and he included great songs we didn’t even think to request. He even noticed that the mother-son dance I’d selected was really long and came up with a perfect length for the cut-off.

Scott goes above and beyond every, single time! He is punctual, brings his own complete set up, is always prepared with his play list but, unlike many DJs, is able to take requests! He knows how to read the crowd and make it memorable!

We hired Scott in Aug 2019 for my daughter's wedding, then scheduled for Oct 2020. From our very first email and phone conversations, Scott's enthusiasm and effort to create the perfect event were evident. He responded quickly in all forms of correspondence, accommodated our requests, and made suggestions that enhanced the event. When COVID caused us to move our date, Scott was so understanding and accommodating, that we hired him to DJ at a small BBQ honoring the couple on the original wedding date! He set the tone for the event and had everyone dancing and having a great time. We asked him just to read the crowd and select music accordingly. He did this at both the BBQ and the wedding and there were only a few guests that were not on the dance floor both times. He was funny and friendly and interactive with the wedding party, other vendors, and our guests. He was flexible not only in changing our date, but revising our floor plan when the wedding day weather became an issue. He was determined to make it work so we could focus on getting our guests out of the cold and rain. Almost immediately after the ceremony, the rain started on one of the coldest days of the year (02.06.21). Rather than leave, our guests headed to the dance floor, with a very large proportion remaining through the entire event despite the cold and rain. Scott kept the fun going and I attribute a large part of the overall success of our event to him. The bottom line is my daughter and new son-in-law described the day as perfect and noted that they nor the guests seemed to care in the least it was raining buckets right outside the tent. Many guests have commented that our reception was the most fun they ever had at a wedding! Scott's a real pro and I highly recommend him!
