After 13 years in the DJ industry, DJ LS1 has made a name for himself by being eclectic and knowledgeable of all music genre’s , and with the way he plays it as well. With long flowing mixes that seamlessly blend one track into the next, DJ LS1 has the ability to take control of the dance floor, and to energize the crowd that’s on it.

DJ LS1 got his start on St. John U.S.V.I where he had a friend who was a promoter. On weekends they did free gigs at local bars. DJ LS1 kept the crowd dancing from start to end like a natural.

In 2007, he decided he needed a change from just being a dj at night clubs , bars and local parties, he felt it was keeping him in a box musically. In 2007 he crossed paths with a wedding co-ordinator while going to do a gig at a nightclub called “The Saint”. They exchanged contact info, and from that moment he never looked back. You could catch him at signature parties, but weddings is his lifestyle now. Being able to dj a variety of music was a dream come true.

To think DJ LS1 really started as a 8 year old kid living in Washington D.C. . For Christmas his parents bought him a plastic fisher price turntable with Michael Jackson off the wall album along with Chipmunks Christmas album , from then the love of music was growing within.
