We hired Diana's Limo for our wedding day on June 22. The company allowed for us to "mix and match" our transportation needs for our big day. We liked that we could hire a vehicle for 2 hours and we were able to have different vehicles available throughout our event. The drivers were prompt and courteous and willing to add in an extra stop on our way back to our hotel.

They adapted to the schedule of the Wedding party 6 girls and the bride, who were running a bit late. And, the bride and groom were taken to the reception in the limo in beautiful style in a long black shiny Limo. The driver was very personable too!

We booked a shuttle bus to take people back to the hotel after our reception. The service was great. We even asked to extend the time for that night so we could go out after the reception and the driver was very kind and accommodating. He let 2 of my bridesmaids pay for an extra our on the spot and even drove my brother and his wife to their house that was a few blocks from the bar so they wouldn't have to walk in the rain. I would absolutely recommend Diana's Limo to anyone.

Lisa was a great point of contact with Diana's Limousine. I changed our plans numerous times throughout the year and she was always quick to update the invoice. A couple days before the wedding we had to modify our pick-up times due to traffic. I believe Lisa saved the day by modifying the shuttle time. They were very reasonably priced and had great communication. I would highly recommend!

As father of the bride, I handled the transportation aspects of the wedding. Diana's Limo did a great job handling the majority of the transportation. Their drivers are fantastic and their vehicles are beautiful. Had four reservations with them and all four vehicles and drivers were great. They have a 12 passenger Excursion limo which shuttled guests and bridal party from the hotel to the church and then to the reception and the driver of that was outstanding. We had a van arranged at the end of the evening to transport the gifts back to the hotel and they arrived with a 24 passenger mini bus which was appreciated. The driver even helped us move the gifts from the reception to the bus! And their office staff was a joy to work with (thanks Lisa!). What impressed me the most that since it was prom weekend, they didn't enforce a minimum over two hours on us, whereas other limousine companies had a minimum of eight or ten hours. Highly recommend them.

Diana's limo was a great choice for us. We used the Suv excursion for the guest and bridal party to the venue from the hotel. The bridal party went to the battlefields for pictures and then returned to the venue. At the end of the night a van picked up our guest and brought them back to the hotel.

Lisa was wonderful and so helpful with all the planning and making sure everyone got to the right places at the right time. The driver was great and very helpful. I would highly recommend Diana's Limo Services.

I was provided the information for Diana's Limousine from one of the hotels that we had a room block reserved for our wedding guests. I contacted Diana's rather quickly and was pleasantly surprised to find that I was actually going to speak directly with Diana herself. Once we discussed my needs and expectations, Diana was able to put a quote together for me rather quickly and again, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. I tend to be a bit of an over planner and had contacted Diana quite a few months for my wedding so naturally there were a number of changes that came up and Diana was always very accommodating and was able to make the changes to the reservation that I requested. On the day of, the driver(s) were on time and extremely professional. They ensured that we were where we were supposed to be when we were supposed to be which was extremely important for the entire wedding timeline. I would definitely recommend Diana's Limousine!

Note: I gave a 4/5 for responsiveness because I tend to correspond by email whereas Diana does better with phone conversations. So her responsiveness was not poor just not as I would have preferred but out differing communication styles contributed to that.

Very flexible in packages & great staff!

Contact with the limo service and payment methods were very easy. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to others limo services in the area. My biggest complaint was the limo driver was not very professional. While the driver was not unfriendly, he was not friendly either. I would have liked to have a driver with more enthusiasm...someone who says "hello" to everyone and asks how they are. At pick-up the driver seemed very confused as to where he was going and almost passed the church, causing myself to let he know he was coming up on the church where he made a rough turn.

The driver was; however, very generous when we wanted to make a picture stop on the way from the ceremony to the reception.

When the limo pulled up it was the wrong color. I wanted a black limo and the limo service decided that since they always give brides a white limo that is what they were going to do for me. The limo driver offered to go get a black limo but he said that he would have had to clean it first which would have made me late to my wedding.

But the limo driver was spectacular! It rained the whole day and he took care of my girls and me. I would recommend them, but make sure you let them know what color of the limo and that they can't make the decision for you.
