We used Destination MCO for our wedding on June 8th, 2019. My mother mainly spoke with Betsy when setting up transportation for our wedding day for us and our guests. She had nothing but positive things to say. We used the 40 passenger bus for our guests to be transported to and from Bay Hill to Isleworth throughout the night. The bus was on time and prompt with the drop off times. At the end of the night we did a sparkler exit and booked our getaway car (Cadillac Escalade) for our ride back to the hotel. We hired Destination MCO to transport our wedding party and guests from our hotel to our wedding venue and back and we are so thankful that we did. We wanted everyone to have safe and guaranteed transportation and Destination MCO had incredible communication and were very responsive. They answered my emails within minutes, even late in the evening. A text was sent to me when the driver was on the way to our hotel and then the driver called upon arrival as well. I was very thankful for their services and would highly recommend them! Their shuttle was beautiful and was equipped to transport up to 40 guests but they have a great inventory to choose from to fit your individual needs.

Destination MCO did a fantastic job! We hired them to pick up us (bride and groom) up at the end of the evening and bring us to our hotel. I booked their services months in advance and did not speak with them again. The day before I received a text message confirmation letting me know they would be there to pick us up. They arrived on time with a clean car and the gentleman driving us was very nice, he brought us to our destination. I have worked with Destination MCO in the past on other events and would highly recommend using them to everyone!

Destination MCO provided buses for my guests between the hotel and the wedding venue. We were extremely impressed with the condition of their equipment as the buses looked like they were put into service the day of our event. The drivers were extremely professional, courteous and congenial. The company provide us with several different options. We were able to mutually develop a bus schedule that met our guests needs and maximized our "bang for the buck",

We book mooked Destination MCO for our wedding party and all of our guests and we were VERY dissatisified with the service. This was principally with respect to three things (1) our wedding planner said the drivers generally did not know the schedule despite very clear instructions in advance (2) the Father of the Bride was taken to the wrong location and missed his first look pictures with his daughter on her wedding day, and (3) the journey back at the end of the night there was no music on the bus, partly because the driver was unable to work the equipment, had poor english, all of which meant he put on adverts or discussion radio stations very loud indeed and ultimately because it seemed that the equipment was faulty and stopped working. He then suddenly pulled over to the side of the road which caused the other bus to do the same and caused confusion and concern to the passengers. It was just a poor end to the night and embarrassing for our guests to experience. We were very specific as to the need for their to be music on the buses and he was not only unaware but unhelpful in that regard. If you care about the experience for your family and guests do book with Destination MCO for your wedding!!
