Sam was amazing! He kept the dance floor busy ALL. NIGHT. LONG. I had so many of my guests comment on how they have never experienced such an amazing DJ at a wedding! He knew how to get every part of our crowd onto the dance floor, and when the older crowd left, he knew how to cater to the younger age group! I literally cannot recommend Sam enough because he truly made my wedding a night I will never forget. Without him, my wedding would have been great, but having Sam bring the energy to the dance floor made the whole thing absolutely, incredibly beyond my wildest dreams. I will cherish the wedding itself the rest of my life, largely due to the fact I got to dance with guests all night long!

Sam is super easy to work with - I spoke with him a few times on the phone and his questionnaire pre-wedding is very thorough. He was very knowledgeable about the venue, and truly made everything seamless on the day. He really knows what he's doing! My biggest tip if you hire him - make sure you have a good number of songs that you request from him! He got the vibe of our crowd perfectly and I suspect that is, in part, due to the 20 ish songs we had included in a request list. Not all of them got played, but it was a great starting point and he played songs that fit into that list SO WELL. It seemed like he knew my music taste better than me by the end of the night!

Destination DJ was a great vendor that we hired for the biggest day of our lives thus far. Sam was so easy to communicate with and made things so simple. Even without a run through prior (decided on our end it wasn't needed), everything flowed flawlessly. Would HIGHLY recommend hiring if you want a party going all night long! Photobooth was also a great addition - they provided a photo album with all the photos are guest took which was fun to see after the event.

Wowza! Simply the best! From our first communication to the last song of the night, Sam and Destination DJ were fabulous!! Sam kept the night moving by being an amazing MC. We were able to plan our music before our wedding which ensured we danced all night to our favorites. Sound quality during the ceremony and dancing was perfect. We added the Photo Booth and so glad we did. Our guests loved it and getting the printed pictures was amazing! Highly, highly recommend Destination DJ. You will not be disappointed!!

Sam was amazing! We booked him on recommendation from the venue and he made our wedding reception flow so easy! He brought the Photo Booth which was a hit! Those memories will be something we cherish. His son ran the Photo Booth and did a wonderful job. We got to pick the background and there were awesome props! Within 48 hours of the reception we had the digital link to our files. We had a mistake on the title of the photo booth cards (our error for not catching) and Sam had new files to us so quickly and offered to send new prints.

Sam kept the reception flowing smoothly and easily! He is great at his job. He kept the night moving with ease, and just rolled with whatever was happening. He kept the party alive and when we changed our private last dance to a public one he made it a super special moment!!! We could not have asked for more.

Sam did a phenomenal job at our wedding at Whitefish Mountain Resort last week! He was responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. Sam's experience doing weddings at WMR was super helpful, especially given the different set-ups needed for the ceremony at the summit and the reception at the base lodge. We had some eclectic song requests from our guests that Sam sprinkled in throughout his set and the dance floor was packed all night. It was the best party and so many of our guests commented on how awesome the DJ was. Thank you so, so much, Sam!!

If you want a memorable wedding with great music and an amazing vibe - Sam is your guy. When I consulted with Destination DJ for my wedding, I told him that he would have the hardest job at the wedding because I live to dance and I wanted my dance floor to be legendary- and he delivered! There wasn’t a single bad song played, and I am still getting compliments! The dance floor was my favorite part of my wedding.

We booked Sam almost a year and a half ago as one of our first vendors for a Whitefish wedding based off all the positive reviews. Those reviews, though all five stars, didn’t even come close to the experience we had with Sam for our wedding day.

We were so fortunate in a few surprises and last-minute additions to our ceremony (a bagpiper and my brother playing the guitar) which affected parts of Sam and my discussions on the music for our processional and recessional - without revealing the surprise, Sam dealt with all the changes, the endless rain affecting the outside setup, extending our party by an hour… I could go on. Sam is not only one of the most talented DJs, but one of the kindest individuals who made our day so fun and so special.

What people tend to forget is you’re not just getting a DJ, you’re also getting your MC for the night. Sam did an incredible job introducing all the speeches, making all the announcements, and keeping us to an amazing timeline that kept getting pushed back because of the rain (and an unexpected illness by me!). Sam just had a smile on his face and prioritized everyone else.

So many of our guests made comments on the absolute bangers and fun times on the dance floor. I wish I could relive my day again! Thank you so so so much, Sam!

From the very beginning, Sam was extremely easy to work with and responsive to all of our questions. On the day of our wedding, Sam was on time and ready to go, and go with the flow. We had a little hiccup that required us to change the order of things and Sam handled that with ease. He played both songs that we had requested ahead of time, day-of requests from guests, and some of his own. The dance floor was full of energy the whole evening!

I really appreciate Sam's positive attitude throughout the process and day-of. He truly looked like he was having a blast with us! I highly recommend Destination DJ to anyone getting married in his service area.
