Poor business process

Paid 650.00 in advance to stylist windy sweeney. Unfortunately my brother was terminally ill and took a turn for the worse so had to cancel our appointment for her services. She told me over the phone i could reschedule but intentionally ignored my numerous texts and calls for almost a year. 10 months to be exact. Her dishonesty in our business deal is undesirable and undeserved. I have nicknamed her stormy swindle instead of windy sweeney.
