Facilities and Capacity

In Delaire Country Club’s clubhouse, you will find a stylish dining room, comfortable lounge area, and card rooms. Polished floors at the entrance and sunlit spaces elevate the already impressive spaces. The main ballroom covers 7,500 square feet, while a 576 square-foot dance floor can be supplied from the club. Smaller sizes are also available. The bar area features a demonstration kitchen where you can enjoy hors d’oeuvres or a mouth-watering cocktail. Private get-ready rooms are also available for the couple to use whenever they see fit. A special room can be arranged for ketubah signing.

Cuisine

Executive chef John Muriel has 15 years of experience in the industry and previously worked as sous chef at the Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park. Together with his hardworking culinary team, he offers an extensive range of dishes from which you can plan your reception menu. Cocktail receptions held at the club generally include one stationary food display and five types of hors d’oeuvres. Some of those options include bacon-wrapped scallops and coconut shrimp. Three-course plated meals are also available, along with tea and coffee service and wedding cake. Various bar packages are on offer, all of which include a specialty cocktail for each guest attending a cocktail hour.
