Dearly Beloved Officiant, Jean Treuthart, provides award-winning officiant services in South Central PA. Each couple is unique. Each wedding should be, too. She accepts a limited number of bookings each year to provide extra attention to her couples.

Jean would be honored to give you the ceremony of your dreams—fun, traditional, laid-back or formal. She takes the weight off your shoulders, listens to your heart’s desire, offers ideas, and writes a deeply personal ceremony that is unique to the two of you. Together, you will create the ideal mood and experience for your wedding.

Jean serves ALL couples, all beliefs, all backgrounds, all expressions. Spending 20 years as a public speaker and writer, Jean is aptly positioned to craft a ceremonial experience that is undoubtedly yours. Touching with a little humor strikes the right note! She has always had a passion for weddings and feels it is an honor to be a part of something so special as the start of your lives together.

Jean looks after all of the details, big and small, letting you focus on your vows and saying ‘I do’ to the person you love. She provides services for full ceremonies, elopements, vow renewals, unity ceremonies, and more. Classic wedding ceremonies typically last 20-30 minutes.

To get started, after messaging Jean, she’ll schedule a consultation in person or on Zoom to capture all of the details for your ceremony. She’ll follow a step-by-step process as you work together to create the wedding that’s perfect for the two of you.

Fee for Classic/Modern ceremonies is $425 for 2024. Travel fee may apply.
Elopements (booked within a month of the ceremony) are $200. Travel fee may apply.
