Couples will have five different event spaces to choose from, at de Young Museum, whether they prefer an outdoor lawn ceremony or elegant ballroom celebration. This setting can accommodate events of various sizes, from intimate ceremonies to receptions with over 1,000 guests. The Wilsey Court is an ideal setting for elegant receptions and features high ceilings and state-of-the-art lighting to create the ambience that you want. For both an indoor and outdoor experience, the Cafe and Terrace features colorful chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows for a stunning view and bright atmosphere. Couples that prefer an open-air ceremony will have access to the Barbro Osher Sculpture Garden. Up to 250 people can be seated on the lush green lawns, surrounded by flourishing trees and greenery, as nearlyweds exchange their vows. For a more intimate setting, the Piazzoni Murals Room features an open floor plan and a welcoming atmosphere to seat up to 130 attendees. Also available is the Hamon Observation Tower, a one-of-a-kind glass-walled space that provides a panoramic view of downtown, the Bay, and everything in between. Ample parking is available onsite, to ensure your guests arrive at your celebration with ease.
