We hired Drena as our 6 week our wedding coordinator. From the beginning she was beyond helpful. She was the main contact for our vendors and help coordinate delivery time and delivery instructions. She put together our timeline, visited the venue with us and was generally a huge help in the lead up to the big day. On the wedding day I knew I would need help but she made sure everything went off without a hitch. Everyone in my family was equally impressed how helpful, kind and organized Drena was. Her assistant Gloria was also so kinda. They were both there to make sure that we as the couple didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Drena is the best coordinator a Bride could have. She is trustworthy, dependable, professional, communicative and extremely organized and detailed. I live in Houston, TX and my husband and I decided to host our wedding in St. Louis, MO. Drena visited venues, she took pictures, and she coordinated with all of our vendors for the day. I never had to worry about a payment or email being sent. She was on top of it of it all! I attempted to plan the wedding myself in the earlier stages of planning, thank goodness I found Drena or there wouldn't have been a wedding. I cannot stress enough of how great of a planner she is. On our wedding day, my husband and I were running around greeting our guests, she approached me and asked, "why aren't you all eating?" A very simple question yet it let me know that she was concerned for our well being. Additionally, she concerns herself with the smaller and larger details. Our sweetheart table was amazing, I'm almost sure certain a few decorations came from her personal stash, something she didn't have to do that contributed to our wedding being reminiscent of a fairy tale. Our wedding from start to finish would not have been the same without Drena. She took her time to understand our wants and needs, adapted to the Filipino customs and worked closely with all of our vendors, even when some weren’t as cooperative. To us, the day went off without a hitch and we had no stress whatsoever. Not once did I have to worry about someone being in the right place or whether or not the timing of something specific would work. I cannot thank Drena enough for all of her hard work, she truly made our day special.

Drena was amazing! When my wife and I first reached out to her, we had already planned a great deal of our wedding, but we knew we needed a 3rd party to help us bring all of these ideas together and to give us insight to the aspects of Wedding Planning that we hadn't thought of yet (and someone to help execute the majority of the wedding plans). Drena did just that and much more. She reached out to us consistently to ensure we had all we needed leading up to the wedding day and during. She was also extremely flexible to our ideas and if/when they changed. When we decided on the day of our wedding that we wanted to have a sparkler exit from the reception, DRENA MADE SURE IT HAPPENED!
