This venue is absolutely gorgeous!! Highly recommended!

From the first day we met with Karen the Wedding Coordinator at Dancing Dragonfly we felt that she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us on the big day. The staff were so helpful on the big day and the venue is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend the Dancing Dragonfly to any couple looking for a beautiful location and amazing wine. The only part that was a little tricky was the pricing of the venue. They do not break down their pricing, just lump sums so when planning a wedding on a budget there was some confusion as to what the actual cost of items were. For instance if we didn't want table linens, the price of the venue dropped but we could never see an itemized price list. Overall, the day was perfect and I would not have changed a thing. Thank you to everyone at the Dancing Dragonfly Winery who made our day one that we will never forget.

When we decided on a Dec. wedding we needed a venue where our ceremony, reception and dance were all in one place and as worry free as possible. DDW is beautiful no matter what time of year. In Sept. we found out they hired a new coordinator, Karen. Slight freak out moment for sure but Karen was amazing! You will not be disappointed with her or her commitment to making your day perfect! She responded by email or phone as soon as she could, she had 2 meetings with me in the short months leading up to the event and would have had as many as I needed. Professionalism is top notch. All the servers/bartenders were wonderful to our guests.

We were not allowed to start setting up until the morning of the event. Since 4 of our 6 wedding party attendants were children, there was no way to visualize where the aisle and ceremony area would be Friday night so we did not get a rehearsal. We could have done one after set up the afternoon of but we were trying to get family photos done prior to guests arriving. The caterers on their preferred list were not what we were looking for but DDW was great about working with the caterer we chose to become approved there. I was told that I received an "off season" discount. I don't know if that is true or not since I didn't get an estimate for a summer wedding but we definitely would not have spent more money than we did to have a summer wedding there because there are venues in the area that include basics like tables and chairs (also linens and napkins which we didn't want anyway) in their fee. UPDATE: I had not received the discount. Karen was quick to process our refund which was way above and beyond her job and we are thankful for her!

But for our winter event, it was beautiful, elegant and safe. It was everything we required in the beginning, all of our guests were excited to be there and are still talking about it! I do hope our guests swing up there now and again to re-enjoy the place as much as we will.

Karen, the wedding coordinator at Dancing Dragonfly Winery, did a spectacular job with our wedding. She was highly professional and straightforward with what to expect throughout the entire process. As with all weddings, we had some last minutes changes and her staff were incredibly adaptable and accommodating.

The location is gorgeous - minimal decoration required. Indoor and outdoor photos have naturally beautiful backgrounds.

The wine selection spans the range from crowd-pleasing wines to wines that more advanced winos will love. And of course they can serve beer and soda for those who don't drink any wine.

I HIGHLY recommend the Dancing Dragonfly Winery to any couple looking for a great venue.

Outstanding - every step of the way. The Dancing Dragonfly Winery provided an exceptional venue for our outdoor ceremony and indoor dinner/reception. Details were handled flawlessly and the owners/staff and Shannon our Event Coordinator were fun, easy to work with and removed all of the stress from our day. We choose from their recommended list of vendors - caterer and DJ and they were outstanding. The winery is fabulous, the wine selection awesome, the service impeccable
and our event is still receiving rave reviews from family and friends. If you are looking for an elegant yet comfortable setting, this place has it all. If we were to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing!

We had our ceremony and reception at the Dancing Dragonfly Winery this past week. From the beginning of our planning months ago to the actual day of our celebration we were amazed by the support, guidance and flexibility we witnessed by the owners Bill and Christine along with our Event Planner, Shannon. We wanted a non-traditional party and every detail turned out perfect. The venue is exceptional, the wine superb and the service was over the top! Shannon coordinated every detail with our other partners - caterer, DJ, Videoguy, etc. and everyone was prepared and ready to make our day very special. Big thumbs up from us!

My husband and I can't write enough wonderful things about this great venue that hosted our daughter's wedding. From the very first meeting with Karen Lauppe, the event coordinator, we were treated with professionalism and kindness. On the wedding day, Karen went out of her way to make everyone feel at ease and to make everything just perfect. We actually feel like Karen is a friend now and hope to see her at the winery again soon. The Dancing Dragonfly is an awesome place for a wedding. The beauty and uniqueness was talked about for days after. Our daughter and son-in-law could not have picked a more perfect venue for their special day!

Our wedding and reception was held at the DDW on August 15th, 2015. We cannot write enough positive things about having this venue for our special day-from the event coordinator, Karen (whom we all loved for her humor, understanding, kindness, and professionalism) to the wonderful staff and the beauty outside and inside the winery. Our bridal party and all the guests had a great time and memories were made that will last a lifetime for all of us. The bride, groom, and all the parents extend a huge THANK YOU to the Dancing Dragonfly and we are already looking forward to returning for a glass of wine from their delicious wine selection! If you are planning a wedding or other event here, you will not be disappointed!

Karen was a great coordinator to work with. She got back to us in a very timely manner and was flexible. They were always kind and professional. It was a beautiful venue and the wedding was carried out wonderfully. It was more expensive then we wanted to pay but it was worth it because the venue is beautiful. They took care of all the set up and helped clean up as well. We had a wonderful experience!

My husband and I were married July of 2015 at the Dancing Dragonfly Winery, and could not have asked for a more beautiful setting to be married. For the months prior to our event, we worked with Karen who is the event coordinator. Karen was wonderful to work with. Any time we had a question for Karen, she responded very quickly and was always very helpful. My husband and I do not live in the local area of the Winery, so when we visited the winery one day for a meeting with Karen, it was great of her to set up a very last minute meeting with another vendor in the area. This was much appreciated because it saved us another trip into the area. We had our ceremony and reception at the winery, and could not have asked for a more beautiful place to get married. On the day of our wedding, the owner Christine oversaw our event. Christine was wonderful to work with as well. She drove the wedding party to different areas of the winery for our pictures, and made sure that everything at the ceremony site was set up properly. Our ceremony was outdoors, and took place near the grapevines. The grapevines served as the isle that I walked down, and as the backdrop during the ceremony. We have received so many compliments on how beautiful a ceremony this setting was. Our reception took place in their event center, which is beautiful as well. It requires minimal decorating, which was a big plus. Our guests were very pleased with the Dancing Dragonfly's wine.Christine was great during the reception to make sure that there were no issues. Both Karen and Christine went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was everything that we wanted. We would highly recommend the Dancing Dragonfly to any of our friends or family!
