My fiance got my engagement ring from here and we got both of our wedding bands from here. They actually worked with him to get sapphires put in my ring and changed the setting of the center stone and took his mother's old wedding ring as a trade in. They were also super helpful when we went back to get our wedding bands. I have a lifetime warranty on both of my rings. The only thing you need to do to keep the warranty is bring it in to get it inspected once every six months. If you bring it in to them, they will also clean it for you. If you do end up not living near them, they are also willing that to let you know what jewelers near you are qualified to inspect your ring to keep your warranty valid. They also have had a sale in the winter the past to years where our rings were 25-30% percent off the list price (I can't remember the exact number), so my fiance bought my engagement ring one year, then we went back to the sale the next year to buy our wedding bands.

I had the pleasure of working with Patricia the day I went to look for rings. My best friend and I were offered glasses of wine while we browsed and chatted, which was a huge plus, who doesn’t like wine?! While I was trying on rings it was like having another best friend there with me! Patricia’s genuine excitement and kind personality added so much to the experience I won’t ever forget! The staff at DJ Bitzan's was amazing. They helped my husband find the perfect ring and were patient with him the whole time (he was there for 4 hours!). With the style of ring I have, the small diamonds on the band can sometimes fall out. It only happened twice, with one of them being 2 weeks before the wedding! DJB was very fast at repairing my ring and assured me that I wouldn't have anymore troubles. And, so far, there haven't been. Each time we visited the store, the staff was very personable and made sure we got what we wanted. I would definitely recommend them!
