I'm giving a three for flexibility because I appreciated that D&L flowers was able to add some items to my order, however when it came down to the day, I was still missing the boutineer for my father. I know i had originally only ordered a bouquet 1 boutineer and 2 corsages, but I added 2 boutineers about 2 weeks before the wedding. I LOVED the arrangements don't get me wrong, they were beautiful and ready when I requested, and they called the night before with questions, but I wish they would clarified more so I received ALL my flowers on time. I appreciate supporting local businesses so I'm not going to ask for money back or anything, but just make sure you know what you want before placing the order is my recommendation!

The general manager James was extremly immature and showed a childish behavior. My husband of 18 years has always went to this business for me and decided to place an order for our daughter. After this nightmare, we will no longer go to the place as it has gone extremly downhill. I tried to get someone higher than the GM (James) as he refused to do so and only gave me a Hotmail email account address and said he would forward to the owners. If the owners read this revie, and value long time customers, I would love for you to contact me. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE AS TO YOU WILL BE WAITING ALL DAY FOR THEM WITH NO ETA. I will no longer do business with this establishment due to the GM James and his lack of work ethic, no values, and for having an immature attitude towards any customer.
