We had such a great experience with Kate & the Cuisiniers team. They were communicative, flexible, and professional. Every server, bartender, etc. was top-notch.

On top of all that - the food was incredible! Many of our guests said the beef tenderloin was the best meal they'd ever had. Everything was absolutely delicious from the cocktail hour food to our custom "french fry bar". :)

I cannot recommend Cuisiniers enough. Thank you for being a part of our big day!

We researched several (over 12) caterers before choosing Cuisiniers: they had a creative menu, great chefs & were always responsive and professional. When we did our “tasting” we were sold. The food (for 84 people) on our wedding day was JUST as good. They did an outstanding job..

Great service and amazing food. They were able to make gluten free dinner and also to go meals for guests leaving early. We loved the short ribs and the salad. Truly a wonderful low stress experience.

So many guests told us both during and after the wedding how INCREDIBLE the food was -- the passed hors d'oeuvres, the salads, the main dishes, the sides, ALL of it! The menu Kurt and Chef Jamie crafted for our wedding was so unique and exceeded all of our expectations. In addition to the divine food, Kurt and his team had the ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes. Would recommend Cuisiniers to any bride and groom looking for the BEST wedding food ever!

They were all so accommodating and help us achieve our vision for our big day - even coming around to the tables to make sure our guests were enjoying the food. Cuisiniers was our caterer for our wedding day and WOW we could not be happier with our decision! The entire team is so friendly and awesome to work with. They always have smiles on their faces and want to provide excellent service.

When it came to our wedding Kurt and Marlene were our main points of contact and they are quick to respond and so experienced. Having an experienced and professional catering team on your wedding day is SO important. They set the timeline and help keep the flow of your reception moving along.

The food at our reception was AMAZING. Chef Jamie and their team really does their best to create unique items vs the "typical" wedding menu. And they do this while keeping in mind your budget. The food was important to my husband and I and we were so impressed. They even provide you a tasting prior to the wedding to make sure you are satisfied with all of your selections. Several guests told us and our families how delicious the food was. Thank you to everyone on the Cuisiniers team! Truly the best!

What a wonderful find. My now husband and I tried a few caterers in the area. Most of the food seemed just okay. Our last one to try was Cuisiniers. I almost ruled them out because they are a bit more expensive, but the quality you are getting is well worth it! My husband and I like simple good, quality food. Nothing pretentious but prepared in a way that lets the food speak for itself. This place met our expectations. Kurt and his team were so helpful and he made sure my husband and I were fed on our night. They even let us provide our own alcohol, which meant I got the craft beers I so love. My only regret is I have to plan another event to have their food again. (Be advised, the money spent is roughly per person, but well worth every penny.)

It was distressing trying to find a caterer, because we cared a lot about the quality and freshness of the food. Before we found Cuisiniers we did tastings with a lot of the "bigger wedding caterers" in the Orlando area and found the food to be previously frozen and not fresh at all. As soon as we had the tasting at Cuisiniers we were BLOWN AWAY. The food was restaurant quality. Not just any restaurant quality- more like a high end restaurant (the food from the tasting was just as good, if not better at the wedding). As someone that is a "foodie" I could immediately tell that the quality of food was top notch. Jamie McFadden is a fantastic chef who has deserved all the awards that he has received. Many of our family members that attended the wedding are restaurant owners themselves and raved about the food! We had phenomenal service and planning assistance. Kurt and Tracy were amazing throughout the wedding planning process. Also huge thank you to all the serving staff, you all were flawless. I think the only downside is the fact that they don't have a restaurant! We craved a lot of the food items we tasted throughout the wedding planning process, so we couldn't wait for our wedding to eat them!! P.S. Amazing crab cakes and braised short ribs!

We used Cuisiniers for all of our catering and mini-pie desserts. My husband loves good, fresh food (he's a big gardener) and when we went to the tasting he was blown away by the quality of product and the taste was phenomenal. There was no talking him out of using these guys. They were fabulous to work with and the pricing was definitely reasonable for the quality that was provided. I would certainly recommend using them for any catering needs in the future. Many of our guests said the beef tenderloin and roasted vegetables were the best they'd ever had at a wedding. And the mini-pie assortment that accompanied our two smaller cakes were delicious - key lime was exactly what I wanted! We also had two vegetarians that I requested special meals for at the wedding since we served beef and chicken, and their staff quickly identified them (I provided the table number), and let them know about their separate entree. We reached out to multiple caterers to compare pricing and tastings - and Cuisiniers far exceeding the others especially for a budget conscious bride.

Chef Jamie, Kurt, and the rest of the team were amazing from the planning to the tasting and all the way through to the end of the reception. Everyone loved the food from the cocktail hour food to the salad and then dinner buffet to desserts- we received compliments all night long and even days after. Several people told us it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. The team made sure we ate and always had a drink in hand :) We had a 150 adults and 20 children.
