Joyce was fantastic! She met with us as many times as we needed to feel comfortable and always responded quickly to emails. She was knowledgeable about the wedding application process in both Lucas and Wood counties and made sure we had everything put together in time for the wedding. She was very flexible in general but especially in terms of the ceremony itself, which I wanted to be extremely secular but still special. We really appreciated having her as part of our special day and I think she enjoyed it too as I even think I saw her shed a tear as I made my way down the aisle.
