We chose Crouch Florist for our wedding. We couldn't have been happier with them. They found the perfect balance between helping us pick out flowers and not trying to upsell us or be pushy. Specifically, the owner herself gave us her cell phone number and constantly kept up with the back and forth as we kept changing our minds. She was very flexible, delivered the flowers early to the church and reception site, and provided beautiful arrangements. I highly recommend for your next event. I don't know why they have such low reviews on wedding wire, check out their google reviews (more of them and more accurate!).

I'm originally from the area and had order from them in the past. Paid almost $100.00 for Mothers Day arrangement. She said she received the little 8'' high dwarf arrangement. I'm out of town, perhaps they took advantage of the fact that I was. (m was called in ) Never buy there again!

Crouch Florist was truly a disappointment. We have done business with Crouch Florist in the past and could not believe how bad our experience was, we will not be doing business with them again. We showed up for our initial appointment and found out the person we were supposed to meet was in a car accident that morning and we were unable to meet with him so we met with the owner of the shop. We gave her a budget, told her what we wanted and when she quoted us a price it was 2 times our budget so we told her no. A week later we got a call from the person we were originally going to meet with and he gave us a new quote (still more than we originally wanted to spend) but ~$400 less than the quote we recieved from the owner so we went ahead and booked (and paid) and he set up another meeting with us that he again didnt show up to. We hadnt heard anything from Crouch's so 3 weeks before the wedding we called to find out the person who told us he would be doing our flowers had been fired. I talked to the owner and she said everything would be taken care of. The flowers were ok, the alter arrangements were very nice but the bouquet's left a lot to be desired. Mine had a few dead/broken flowers and the others looked pitiful by the end of the evening as well. Most definitely not worth the money or the headache.

The young lady at the register was very polite and showed respect. She could not answer my questions so she said she could find someone who could, a older lady came out and started off with a very rude tone. She said what she had to say then turned around and walked off I was still talking to her and she showed ZERO respect for a customer. I have spent tons of money at that store, flowers for my grandmother, my daughters, and my girlfriend delivered to homes, schools, nursing home and me picking them up at times. This is the worst place ever and I will never use them again or recommend this store to anyone. I would give Zero stars if I could!!!! Customer service!!!!
