They knew exactly what I wanted, when I didn't even know! The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and arrived right on time. They even ran back to the shop to pick up a single rose I decided on literally 2 hours before my ceremony!

My flowers were beautiful and fresh. I had numerous compliments on the flower arrangements. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I was completely impressed by Crevasse's until the day of my wedding...They didn't make my bouquet the size we discussed, they forgot greenery on one of the bridesmaid's bouquets and the wouldn't listen to the cake lady. Long story short my cake lady knew where to put the cake topper (on the top of the cake...duh), but the florist had her notes and the cake lady didn't. I had given a picture of a sample cake to the florist saying the only thing it was showing them was the design of the frosting...but the cake topper in that picture was in the middle of the cake. The florist insisted on putting the cake topper in the middle...and we moved it in the middle of the wedding reception to where a cake topper belongs...ON TOP! What bothered me most about all of this was we talked for hours with Kristen, but she sent someone else to do the cake...that is where the miscommunication was. If Kristen had done it herself I don't think this would have happened. I still wish I had readjusted my bill for this florist, because I they really made some mistakes. Lucky for them I wasn't a bridezilla screaming over the phone the day of my wedding.

They were really great before the wedding. Getting all my information and trying to work within my budget. I really appreciated them taking the time to get my flowers picked out and such.

The only problem was that on my wedding day my bouquet (the thing that mattered most to me) was not what we had discussed. My orchids were ivory (I had ordered them in pink) and it had more hydrangeas than I wanted. It didn't look like the picture i had given them at all. The bouquet started falling apart before I got to the church and the ribbon it was tied in looked cheap and thin...It looks ok in pictures and none of my guests noticed anything, but I could. That was a HUGE disappointment.

The centerpieces were also completely different than what I ordered: The orchids were not pink and there were no lights at the bottom like we had discussed and paid for.

I was pretty disappointed!
