Avoid!! Rude and unprofessional!! Cancelled less than three hours before my appointment with no resolution except to drive 45 minutes out of my way to their other location. I had to demand a phone call otherwise these juveniles would have been communicating with me via text only… Manager then had the audacity to cop an attitude with me because I was upset. They need to work on their professionalism. Find another medSpa. There are several out there no reason to be treated like that
