I was inquiring last minute about koozies for my engagement party and Cadell from Koolaz Koozies got a hold of me almost immediately and was extremely helpful. They pushed through my order that night and were able to deliver them to me by the date I needed them.. And I actually got them one day earlier! Also, the Koozies were fantastic!!

Coolaz Koozies is AMAZING! Best decision I made. I needed koozies for my daughter's wedding in 10 days. I know, who does that, right? Anyway, I started my order late on a Tuesday night using their online design tool which was so easy and offered so many designs. I have to be honest; I couldn’t help but think, “This website is so much better than all the others, there’s no way this can be legit.” Yet that same evening I received a quote and a mock-up of the koozie I designed. The next evening I received a call from Cadell to go over all the details of my order. Cadell assured me I would have koozies in my hand by the following Thursday, just eight days away. Again, I was thinking, “This is so much better than all the others, there’s no way this can be legit.” But I put my trust in them and crossed my fingers that it all would work.

And what showed up on my doorstep the following Monday? MY KOOZIES!!!!!! Not on Thursday, but on Monday, THREE DAYS EARLY!!!!!

These were not cheap, poorly printed koozies either. These were top-of-the-line koozies, beautifully printed, exactly as I designed on the website. They were a huge hit at the reception.

I looked all over the internet to find a company that could meet my ridiculously short turnaround time and thankfully found Coolaz Koozies. They were able to receive my order, process it, ship it, and have it on my doorstep in FIVE days, and that included a Saturday and Sunday!

I cannot begin to say enough great things about Coolaz Koozies! They know how to run a business and make their customers happy. They made at least one part of my daughter’s wedding stress free.

We worked with coolaz to create 150 personalized koozies for our guests, each personalized with that guest's name. We LOVED working with them- the designers were great and a huge help. They worked with us through a lot of iterations of our order. When we got the koozies, we realized we'd spelled one person's name ncorrectly. They created and shipped a new one for us free of charge. Working with this vendor was one of the least stressful parts of planning our wedding!

Do NOT use this company. When a company responds to you immediately when you are inquiring about an order that is great. However, once they take your money and charge your account, don't expect to hear back from them after that. I have emailed and called for the last week with no response back. It is frustrating when you are supposed to be so excited about wedding favors for your wedding and you have to worry about a company not getting back or following through and you having to question whether or not you will have these in time for your wedding or not. I also find it funny that Cadell responds back to ONLY the positive reviews, which aren't that many and doesn't respond back to any of the negatives with an apology or a reason for his actions. I have called my bank today and they have refunded my money. I have placed another order with a reputable company two days ago and just received an email that my shipment is on the way. THAT IS HOW A GOOD COMPANY WORKS. Cadell and Darren, you may want to take notes on how you run a business. This one isn't going to last very long and the BBB will show this.

I was very displeased with my service. The estimate and proof were prompt, but after I made my payment, it took almost a week for confirmation and I only got it after I emailed them and asked if they had received it. It was getting dangerously close to my wedding date and I hadn't heard anything so I emailed customer service about a week before asking for an update because my page still said "in production." No response, so the next day I called and left a voicemail. No response. I called at different hours of the day several times over the next few days hoping to get someone and always got voicemail (I only left 2 and they were both polite) and no one ever called me or emailed me back. After I get back from my honeymoon, the box is at our front door and in fact it DID arrive the day before my wedding (April 29th) - except they shipped it to my neighbor. I double checked my order form and my paypal account and I had entered my address correctly both times - either way, we had requested to receive them by April 28th. The product itself is good quality for the price and we were pleased with the design, but the customer service is awful. I emailed them for a refund with no response (not surprised), so now we just have a ton of useless coozies. With everything else about your wedding being so stressful, why order from a company who is just going to ignore you? I would not recommend this company unless you are planning to order them multiple months in advance. We ordered ours about 3 weeks before our wedding, but since an actual person gives you a design and an estimate after you've given them a timeline, we assumed that they would be able to provide the service, but obviously not.

Its bunk!!! ordered a week ago. They billed me and I haven't heard a thing yet despite multiple emails! does anyone their phone number or location?

This vendor charged my account, never sent a proof or replied to email or phone inquiries and we are currently disputing a $140+ charge with our bank. Pretty sure it's a scam.

Do NOT use this vendor!!! I ordered and paid for koozies on 12/15/16, and have never heard back from them. I have emailed them several times, called and left voicemails, left a comment and message on facebook, and have yet to get a response from them. No one answers the phone, it goes straight to voicemail.
