Hello,

My name is Genelda Myers and I want to be your photographer! My mission here at Contrast Photo is to capture your memories in a way that is unique and different from other photographers. I combine a traditional style with a relaxed and natural approach. My studio is where you are. Living in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains and allows me access to many beautiful locations.

Becoming a mommy was a life changing event for me. My children have inspired me to have my own business while my husband has given me emotional and technical support for the entire journey. Hayes is now eleven and Rozlyn is six. My business has grown with my children. I am always striving to keep up with cutting edge tools that make my profession easier and increase my quality. I am passionate about offering my clients the best photography for their investment.

A little more about me. I went to college at Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, TN. majoring in Photography and Graphic Design. I married Brian and we had adventures in Colorado and Pennsylvania before coming back home to TN to raise our children. I am passionate about my relationship with God and allowing my God given talents to be a blessing to others. I love my family, working in my flower garden, the changes of season, going for Jeep ride through the Smokies and playing with my dogs.

My gift is capturing the special moments that will eventually become momentous...because photography is not just something I do, it is part of who I am.
