UPDATE...
I found out that Vendor was hospitalized due to Covid . I have updated my review based on this information.

We booked Connie CLIX photo booth for our wedding on 10/24/15. Even though one of our groomsmen broke her printer (drunkenly tripped over the cord), the guests still had fun. None of the pictures could be printed but Connie kept good track of which pictures went on each page of the guest book so we didn't miss anything!

Connie and her daughter Cassi were awesome! Everyone loved the photo booth, and I got an album full of photos from the evening to look back on. I'm so glad that we went with Connie Clix!

I posted a previous review stating Clix Photography was hired and paid in full for a wedding that was cancelled due to COVID. When I made contact with Connie for a refund she sent me the cancellation contract then went silent. When I finally heard from her again she claimed she had been hospitalized for three weeks due to COVID. This is all a SCAM!, DoNOT USE this vendor for any services... she is a total crook and I will be contacting my attorney to get my refund!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE HER FOR ANY SERVICES. She was paid in FULL for my wedding and will not return my calls, texts, emails, or messages through fb. She will not show to your big day like she did mine. Please just pass up the headache.

She was writing people on her Facebook acting like a family member stating she was in the hospital with a brain aneurysm, come to find out this was a lie.

SHARE AWAY! I honestly just want my refund.

Her Facebook “business” page don’t allow reviews. Please leave a review on wedding wire to save new brides the time and money.

This vendor scams brides out of money then doesn’t show on their wedding day. She uses family members to message the bride and state false lies of her being hospitalized.

A friend of mine paid in FULL for this pos to come on her wedding day (one of the most important days of your entire life) & she just decided not to show up without any type of notice. Then she refused to answer my friend after reaching out several times through text, call, email, Facebook, etc. & to top it all off she lied & said she had a brain aneurysm. SICK INDIVIDUAL!!!! Do NOT use her. Save yourself the headache please.

Didn’t respond on final contact the day before my wedding! I had to hire someone else to show up the last minute for our photo booth! Will not answer or return my calls! SCAMMER

Vendor didn’t show up and didn’t reply to email, texts or calls. She claimed it was due to illness. After further investigation she was NOT ill and STILL will not contact back or refund the money that was paid in full at the time of scheduling! Others have reached out about the same experience with this vendor. She has also been banned from many community sides for not showing up to events. I DO NOT recommend. If you want to have a stress free day avoid at all costs!!

Vendor was a no show for wedding. Will not respond to calls, messages nor emails. No refund. Was paid in full months in advance so charge can not be disputed. DO NOT BOOK.
