We booked Complete after attending another wedding where Martin (DJ) was the entertainment for the night. I was very impressed by the professionalism and general attitude of Martin and the rest of the staff there that night. To me the best DJ is one that keeps everyone dancing, engaged, and involved, without being obnoxious or thinking it's time to drop his mix tape. Martin/Complete was just that and more.
From the start the Complete staff was very professional and made sure it was all about our day and what we wanted. Their online tools make planning the music and entertainment very easy and allows them to be flexible.
As we got closer and had our meeting with Martin about our selections, he helped us get past some indecisions we were having, and by the end of the meeting we had almost the entire night planned out.
The day of the wedding Martin showed up in a big way and really made our entertainment for the night very enjoyable. We had only one misstep the entire night (A parent got introduced incorrectly) and in the end it wasn't a big deal. I was very happy with the services we booked and was always happy to interact with the Complete staff.

When they say they offer 'White glove service' Complete really does! Our DJ, James, was regularly checking in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed, were on track with our schedule and were well taken care of. When we met with James initially to work out our timeline and preferences, both my fiance and I told him that we weren't big dancers...even with that challenge, James had us out dancing most of the time! I couldn't be any happier with his service and highly recommend Complete!

Jonathan did a wonderful job, he chose a nice selection of music, and did an excellent job of handling the reception.

One of the highlights of our night was our DJ! Jonathan did such an amazing job. Our guests had so many compliments about him. His interaction with everyone was the biggest hit. He had some fun games that allowed the guests to get involved but at the same time it helped to streamline dinner and got the crowd going. He was very engaging and we know our guests had a blast. They loved how he got out and helped with dance moved if people didn't know the dance and he played all the right kind of music to keep people dancing all night long. We had such a great night and a large part came from the entertainment Jonathan provided. Perfect night!

My husband and I choose Complete Music for our DJ services and we couldn't have been more pleased! Jonathan did an amazing job at our wedding! He played the our favorite music, entertained our guests all night and was personable and professional all night long! I recommend Complete to anyone looking for great DJ services. Complete also had photography packages and photo booth packages too!

AMAZING! Jonthan was so great to work with. Not once was the danxce floor empty. He kept the party rocking the whole night. He was very professional and had amazing customer service. He always asked us if he could get us anything and would come up to us and ask if he should play certain songs. We would definetly use Complete Music again. We are so happy we chose them and their cost is very reasonable compared to other DJ's. You will not be disappointed!

Overall great service. The DJ met with me quickly before the ceremony and seemed to get a sense of what kind of style we wanted. His introductions of the wedding party were great! The owners did a wonderful job in picking a DJ that suited us and the meeting we had with them prior to the wedding was definitely worth it.

I was referred to this company by a friend who works for an Arizona Bridal Magazine. I was initially very impressed when I talked to the owner Johnathan. He got back to me right away & was very pleasant to talk to. He gave me a great quote based on my needs which were initially 8 hours of DJ'ing & dance floor lighting. He told me they would also be able to include up to 10 uplighting for decor which was perfect! Finding a DJ was the most difficult task of planning my wedding. I constantly felt like I was being harassed with calls from so many DJ's all with different price ranges, they would even change their prices to try & get my business which made me feel like I was getting ripped off. I didn't know what was a good deal & what wasn't. I spoke to Johnathan a few times after that & every time I felt at ease so I made my final decision. When the day got closer I tried to get in contact with Johnathan to see what DJ would be assigned to me so I could go details like song choices etc. This is where I felt like some of the responsiveness and professionalism went out the door. It took a lil longer than I expected to get back to me, but I eventually received an email with the name of my DJ (Tony) saying he would be in touch. Tony did contact me almost immediately, we set a date and time to meet up. That date came (4 days later) and he completely forgot who I was, saying that he got a new phone. I kindly reminded him, he responded about 30min after when we were supposed to meet up. I was extremely frustrated by this point but gave him the benefit of the doubt & made plans to meet the next afternoon. We met, & everything was fine from there on. Some of the songs played I wouldn't have chosen, like "I like big butts & I cannot lie"...could've lived w/o that. But overall everyone seemed to have a great time. I cut my reception time down which in turn left me w/ 7hrs of DJ'ing & I already PIF, I doubt I'll get that refunded since the contract was for 8 =/

Just worst experience ever. You know there is always that one thing that doesn't go right at your wedding, even after checking and double check and triple checking. Well for us it was Complete music. We used Complete because the original company we wanted to use was book. Complete matched up with one of their DJs. We met with him and our wedding planning. Gave him all the do's and don't, types of music etc we wanted. Even spent 3 days on a playlist of songs we wanted played. We felt pretty good about the DJ, he assured us everything will be fine.

Come the wedding, things started fine, we heard all the songs we wanted to hear. Then things took a turn for the worse, we specifically asked that certain songs NOT be played, well for some reason he felt the need to play them. We also asked that there would be no requests, well he decided to take requests. Then it was just horrible, he maybe played 50% of the songs we requested. If all things to go wrong it was the DJ, I would have preferred the chicken be a little dry. But the DJ really!? He was pretty dismissive when we asked him to stick to the play list.

We called the main office to, they were pretty dismissive also. They provided to sympathy or even an I'm sorry. It was pretty disappointing. Our guest still talk about how bad he was til this day. Guess it's going to be one of those things people remember for a while.
