Gourmet, delicious, and beautiful describes the work of Hector and Gerard, chefs and owners, and Sean, assistant and coordinator for Coast 2 Coast. You will not find variety and quality of food anywhere in north Georgia, or a staff more willing to go above and beyond to make your day perfect. These guys 100% understood our adventurous palate, yet were also able to please the pickiest guests. The havarti stuffed chicken and moroccan turnovers were crowd favorites, and everyone we spoke with at the wedding said things like "this doesn't taste like wedding food!", "this is the best food I've ever eaten", or "who did your catering?". Both chefs sat down with us on several occasions to plan, and despite their busy schedules including owning two local eateries, I never felt rushed. On the contrary, I felt really appreciated and listened to. We did several tastings with other catering companies in or just north of Atlanta and nothing compared. Although the food was a budget stretcher for us, it was well worth it. I didn't want to have one of those weddings where my guests left hungry, or not remembering what bland thing they ate. It's safe to say that didn't happen :-) My only regret is that we didn't have them do our cake too (we found out too late and already had someone else booked). I can't believe these guys work out of Jasper, GA - we're so lucky!
