About
A historic site in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the Clinton House Museum is nestled in the beautiful Ozark mountains, and may be used as a venue for weddings and other special events. The 1931 Tudor Revival-style cottage is best known for being the first home of a future U.S. President Bill Clinton, and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. The house features original wood floors, a beautiful fireplace, and other historic details.
Facilities and Capacity
The venue is ideal for more intimate weddings, with 1,8000 square feet of space for 40 seated guests or 75-100 mingling guests. Couples may also enjoy using the First Ladies Garden and west lawn in the spring, summer, and early fall. The First Ladies Garden is named for the flowers planted there, which represent the favorite flowers of all 47 First Ladies. The house itself includes photographs, historical documents, videos, highlighting artifacts, and memorabilia from the political campaigns and life of the Clintons. Adding to the house’s history, Bill and Hillary were also married in the living room of the house in 1975.
Services Offered
When booking the Clinton House Museum, couples are free to use the entire house for their event. They are also permitted to bring their own outside vendors on site, to accommodate their wedding day needs.
