We rented the venue from 21C and they provided the catering. I also listed all the different vendors that we contracted with and Emily Cotterman worked with to make this event happen.
First let me say, this event was one of the best weddings I have ever attended. All of our guests were very complimentary. It was coordinated and everything we asked for was taken care of by Emily Cotterman and her staff. Her goal was to make this as stress free and enjoyable for us as possible and she went above and beyond to make this happen. Every detail and was taken care of and she had alot of suggestions along the way. We visited 21C several times before this event happened to coordinate what we wanted and Emily was always interested and patient. We never felt rushed and she was always very interested and we were made to feel like we were the only ones that mattered. I know that is not the case, because 21C is very busy. She and her staff worked great with our vendors and they were more than accomodating to all their needs. The food was excellent and everyone was very professional. Every detail was taken care of beyond our expectations. Sarah even helped us the following morning load the things we had brought in in for the wedding. She was not working that day, but just happened to be here having breakfast. She was nice enough to help us with whatever we needed to pack up the last of our things. That is wonderful service.
To sum it up, 21C was a great experience with Emily Cotterman and her staff. My compliments and gratitude to the Chef as well. The food was outstanding which also made our event a memorable one. We couldn't have asked for more outstanding service.

Our wedding reception at 21c was absolutely perfect! Emily Cotterman and Sarah Simpson are both extremely professional, generous, helpful, and made our event an absolute joy. Everything went perfectly according to plan, and Emily and Sarah communicated with us regularly to make sure that our wedding would go well. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The absolute biggest factor that made my wedding day a polished and spectacular event was booking my reception at 21c Museum Hotels. The staff was incredibly professional, helpful, knowledgeable about local vendors, and an invaluable asset to my wedding planning. From the first impression they made it well known that they wanted to accommodate me and my wedding party, make a great memorable event, and do everything they could to provide a top notch experience while at the same time being very down to earth and flexible.

We rented the long gallery, adjacent outdoor courtyard, and ballroom for the day. Since the the spaces are modern and white the staff took extra care in checking and cleaning to make sure it was pristine for the event day and worked with me in making a table layout and planning around entrances, exits, a dance floor space, and various other wedding minutia. Artwork, tables, linens, silverware, candle lighting, green penguins etc. were set up beautifully by the staff and added to the atmosphere of this being something special. There is a wide range of food items to choose from and it was arranged for me and the groom to do a taste test beforehand of several dishes. They were also accommodating for guest who could not eat meat or gluten. Technology wise they have a built in audio visual system which gave me control over music, lighting, and a projector system. It was very simple to link the system to my laptop or iPod to use music that I brought in.

Everyone had a great time at 21c. Several of my guest told me it was the happiest wedding they've seen. For something so important to me, I could not have asked for a better place or for better people to work with.
