Classic Photography are wOnderful!!! Loved that they had a easy payment plan and you pick your photographer!!!
I included the video to my package and they sent my wedding photos to me very quickly!

Brian Currier was awesome. I haven't received my wedding photos yet but my engagement photos were awesome. I would recommend Brian. Book him early for he is the main guy.

We used classic photography and Steve was a joy to work with. He was professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. We would recommend working with Steve 100 percent!

Great value! We ended up getting a crazy good deal with a second photographer and extra hour for free! We got a phone call the Wednesday before the wedding, the photographer we originally picked was unable to shoot our wedding due to a medical emergency. This news could have been very stressful, but they had already lined up a photographer to take his place, and was in the process of emailing me her profile for my approval. The photographer contacted me later that day, and the rest is history! We got our photos back a few weeks ago, and they are amazing! It was SO hard to pick only a few for the album! Everyone was very pleasant to work with, and photographers defiantly know what they are doing.

Loved the photographers, but dealing with the middle man was very confusing. Not very organized when it came to payments made and making contact was difficult. Have not gotten the photos yet or others package items. Will review again once recieved.

Classic Photographers was hired by my husband to photograph and record our wedding. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! We spoke to the photographer and the videographer prior to our wedding to discuss our needs and last-minute details. We made it extremely clear to the videographer the father of the bride/bride dance needed to be recorded since it was a special routine we had been working on for weeks. The routine was to be a surprise for our wedding guests. A month or so after our wedding we received the photographs. They were mediocre at best. The lighting was horrible, and the angles were poor. Out of the 1,538 photos we received, only about 30-40 were decent quality to place in an album or frame. RIDICULOUS!!!!
To add insult to injury, we didn’t receive the wedding video until 3 MONTHS after our wedding. Lo and behold the videographer DID NOT RECORD THE FATHER/DAUGHTER DANCE AT ALL!!!! The whole video was poor quality. The videographer was shaking the video camera the entire time to the point you get nauseous watching the footage. Not to mention the camera lens was dirty, and you can see the water stains and dust particles throughout the entire video.
To make matters worse, I have reached out to Classic numerous times via email as well as called their “business” line that NO ONE ever answers! I have left countless messages to no avail. Classic also has a D- score with the Better Business Bureau and is not a credited business. I will also add a review on there, as well as take legal action to get my $2,500 refunded back to me. To the newly engaged couples reading this – GO ELSEWHERE! This unethical company is in the business to scam people.

I booked with this company thinking I would get to meet my photographer before the wedding to dsicuss details. It turns out they don't do that. The only way to meet your photographer is to book an engagement session. The thing is that even if I wanted to do that I wouldn't have been able to. I tried for over 2 weeks to have have my photographer get in contact with me. I texted the customer support, emailed Keith who worked with me to book this company, and used their online chat service. No one would give me the contact info to my photographer just to be able to know that she was a real person and planned to show up to my wedding. After all this hassle I posted on one of my wedding chat groups on facebook to see if anyone else had the same frusterations as me. Overwhelmingly the response from everyone who used them said that they were very hard to get in touch with. All of the photographers they use have their own business and use classic to fill in dates since they get a large volume of customers. The photographer does not do their own editing from what I am told. the company does. I would suggest asking around for people who have used them to get other opinions. Eventually I asked to cancel my contract several times. Finally I was told that they would need to get in touch with the billing department. That was several weeks ago and still no word.
I am sure this type of business works for some people but the customer service and amount of work I went through just to get a response to my issue was more than I need to deal with while planning my wedding.
