Had Classic Country Catering as our caterer for our destination wedding in Red Lodge. They were so kind and so helpful, and of course, the food was SO GOOD. They showed up early in the morning to bake and cook much of it on site in their catering truck! My favorite was the salmon appetizer, the cornbread, and the smokey mac'n cheese. Before the wedding day, I was honestly skeptical about how the food would turn out because I'm told in Montana they don't really do taste testing (Where we live in California it's pretty standard to taste test the catering). Turns out, a good reputation is all you need. The food was excellent. Thank you so much for all your hard work on the best day of our lives!
