There are so many wonderful things to say about working with Christina. As soon as she came on board for our wedding, Christina was a calming and encouraging guide. Every meeting or encounter was professional, punctual and efficient. During the actual craziness of our wedding day she managed my wild family and gigantic wedding party with ease and was able to adapt to my last minute changes without missing a beat. Of all of her fantastic traits, my favorite thing about Christina was her ability to understand and execute my vision and what meant the most to me in a way that far exceeded my expectations. Our wedding was just precisely what we wanted all the way around and I am SO grateful that we trusted Christina Block to document every little moment for us. Prior to the wedding we did an engagement session with Christina in our home, she was more than happy to add in our dogs and helped us through our fears of looking awkward in photographs. Christina took the time to really bond with us as a couple and understand our personalities going into such a big day. Leading up to the wedding she was so fast to respond when I needed something, so caring with her advice and guidance when asked. After looking through our timeline and discussing our goals for the photographs we decided to add a second shooter, Christina's pick was a great addition to our day and I am so glad that we have all of those extra shots to swoon over now. Christina is a stickler for details, every package we received was impeccable, every image of our day just bursts with emotion and personality. When it came to the actual wedding day, she quickly managed to get all of the posed shots we had requested with a level of ease and organization that pulled together our wild crew. She has a very calm nature that allows her to be both attentive and part of the room at the same time: I never felt like I had a camera in my face when I didn't want one and at the same time when I looked for her she was always right there. Everything was captured on camera and to have all of those shots to look through for years to come truly warms my heart. She went well above and beyond what I expected from a photographer, cannot recommend her enough.
