My now husband and I had Chef Craig's for our wedding in September. The food tasted great--we had many compliments from our guests--and Linnea was so helpful and kind. So easy to work with!

We hired Chef Craig for our wedding and it was amazing. He and his team were easy to work with, responsive to emails, and made delicious food! We got many compliments on the quality throughout the night.

Chef Craig's was on the list of possible caterers for our wedding venue and we selected them based on value and prior reviews. We had our wedding 2 weeks ago and I will say, I am very impressed with Chef Craig's. My husband and I were skeptical at first, as our tasting wasn't a great experience (outside in October during COVID, food was cold, didn't get to try things you wanted on the menu, etc.). But on our wedding day, all the dishes were excellent, even the ones we never got to try at our tasting! The served appetizers, the salad, the entrees, and the sides were all very tasty and we had several guests compliment us on the food. The service was great, Linnea was very nice and accommodating, and it was a great value for such delicious food! And it was so nice that they packaged up the leftovers for us to take home (which we froze for future dinners). All in all, great caterer. Very happy we chose them!

The quality of Chef Craig's food exceeded our expectations. We got a lot of compliments from our wedding guests regarding how tasty it was! We had a large wedding and I loved that our guests could take as much food as they wanted and chef Craig made sure there was plenty to go around. I would highly recommend their catering business!

Our main concern with Chef Craig is that he was hard to get in touch with once we booked him. We also heard this from a couple other people as well. He does communicate via text message which seemed to work best for us. It also took us awhile to get our final taste testing/menu finalized but he was willing to meet with us at our reception venue as we had a meeting before hand with them.

His food is amazing!!! We went with a chicken breast and white wine sauce, glazed carrots, green beans, cheesy mashed potatoes and a raspberry green salad. His vegetarian meal was a pasta with similar sauce and chicken tenders, mac and cheese and fruit for the kids buffet. We had just shy of 200 guests that made it that day and had 4 buffet lines, all of our guests were eating in under 15 minutes. We liked that the head table and both family tables were served and bread/salad were all served family style for our guests. The staff were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Chef Craig also came out and asked how things were as well.

We also rented china and linens from Chef Craig as well. He had everything to our venue the day before so we could set it up when we were there. All we had to worry about was how we wanted to set it all up and he took care of the rest. No cleaning or delivering that we had to do. At the end of the day, my only disappointment was not getting any of the kids buffet leftovers because our guests enjoyed that as well.
