My Fiancee and I were looking for a catering company to service our wedding reception of 30 people at a house we rented in Kissimmee. Living up in BC Canada, we thought this would be a difficult task as we only had 3 days until wedding day after we arrived in Orlando. Chef Jim provided us with everything we could ask for and more! Many of the guests asked where the food was from and took down the name of company for future use. Dishes were delicious, served correctly to requests, sides were great, and the cookies were DELICIOUS! Big Thank You to Chef Jim and everyone at Chef 1 Studios for making our Big Days dinner stress free, delicious and just what we were hoping for!

Chef 1's food is delicious! I met Jim through my venue at Crystal Ballroom Veranda and we hit it off. I sampled his food and set up a tasting consultation. I was not disappointed. The presentation and flavor was top notch! I'm so glad I hired him as everything for my wedding was perfect. I did a buffet style dinner and the food was delicious. I chose chicken and pork and my guests raved about how great the food was. Again this vendor's service far exceeded the pricing. Great Value! Thank you Jim and your team for all your awesome work!

Chef 1 had an excellent taste testing arranged for us. It was just what we had expected and would want for our guests at our wedding. He had many ideas for us to consider and suggestions on how our buffet will be set up for our reception. Our selection of items for our menu was just delicious and presented in a very professional manner. We are anxious for our wedding event in March and to hear all of the wonderful reviews from our guests. We highly recommend Chef 1 for your events. He is great.

Chef 1 Studios was recommended to us by the at our wedding was being held at (The Crystal Ballroom), and I could not have asked for more. I loved Chef 1! We chose the Rose Menu for our wedding. And everyone loves the food. The chicken was amazing. They were on time and everything was set up perfectly. I will say because we were taking photos during our cocktail hour we didn't get many appetizers. So if you do that, make sure you snag some appetizers cause they were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone having an event. Jim was great to work with too. Had a great attitude about everything and was very nice.

He gave us a personal taste testing and was very helpful. Super nice guy and if you book through the Crystal Ballroom he has a preferred rate. Couldn't beat it!

I recommend Chef 1 so much. We had numerous compliments on the chicken. The potatoes were delicious, but I never got to finish my meal!

Chef Jim was so professional and everything worked out fantastic. On the wedding day, my husband and I were extremely hungry so we just ate everything in sight. We weren't too keen on the taste, we just wanted food lol. But after speaking with the guests, everyone claimed that the food was awesome and that we catered for just the right amount of people. I am so happy that our wedding was a success - All thanks to them.

After my tasting with Jim I am even more anxious for my wedding day. Jim not only developed a custom menu for my fiancee and I but we were able to taste every last dish. I loved the presentation of the dishes even though we were only doing a tasting. He is even going above and beyond to attempt to find a special coffee for us. I can't wait to enjoy his great dishes on our wedding day
