Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar in Las Vegas is the first restaurant to open at the much-anticipated Caesars Entertainment development, The LINQ. Complete with a DJ, sexy mechanical bull, a vast tequila and cocktail selection and a blend of authentic and innovative Mexican fare. Chayo is a fun, dynamic venue for meetings and private events. A semi-private dining room is situated on the main floor, and accommodates up to 40 guests for a seated meal. The second level, indoor/outdoor dining room, complete with a full bar and patio overlooking The LINQ and the High Roller observation wheel, can also be rented out for cocktail reception events and hosts up to 110 guests. A fire feature runs in a line through the entire length of the upper level patio, offering a cozy and picturesque spot to dine, drink and mingle. The entire venue has a total capacity approaching 500. Chayo welcomes events of all sizes.
