The team was wonderful to work with! We made quite a few changes to our wedding due to Covid, and we even had to downsize at the last minute. Ralph worked with us through the whole process and quickly helped us make changes as needed. We even needed to change the groom's pant size at the last minute, and we were still able to get the correct size in time for the wedding. I would highly recommend them!

Ralph and his team went absolutely above and beyond for my wedding part that included a very complicated order. He took care of my suit (groom), my seven groomsmen, my seven ushers, and even three of our parents. In our group, we had several men that were extremely large, as in size seventeen shoes and about six and a half feet tall. Ralph was very meticulous and worked very calmly with us. This may have been the best customer service I have ever received, sincerely. Since, I have recommended him to absolutely everyone and two of my friends that have went with him would have the same to say. 10/10 in every category.

My wife and I were married during the pandemic and Ralph made everything so easy. Even after my groomsmen and I packed on some pounds, Ralph made sure we were refitted in an expedited manor so that we had stunning suits on the big day.

The pricing blows men’s warehouse out of the water. I remember paying more money to rent a suit for a wedding for 2 days. Ralph’s suits are of the highest quality and I paid less money to own a custom suit by Ralph than renting from Men’s Warehouse!

Exceptional customer service, quality service, great pricing

The staff was super helpful with making sure I got the perfect fit. The suits were perfect, felt and looked great.

I chose this shop because it was local and I believed that a small shop would provide detailed service. However my expectations were not met at all. We rent 9 suits for my recent wedding, out of the 9 suits, only 3 were correct. We were missing shoes, shirts, wrong sizes were ordered. The suits arrived 3 days prior to the wedding and the issues that occurred left me stressed and angry days before my wedding. I was actually calling on my wedding day to make sure pieces arrived hours before my ceremony which caused a lot of running around the day of the wedding. The employees did make sure that we had everything for the wedding and everyone really did look great. Affordable prices, flexible with returning the rented suits, just very upset that there was extra stress and issues with almost every suit. I understand mistakes occur and anyone planning a wedding could understand that, but not when majority of the groomsman had issues.
