We had a beautiful wedding on celebrity constellation cruise!

I just recently got married in Novemeber and it seemed like the whole wedding was thrown together in 20 minutes. Tables were still being set up as my guests were arriving. The coordinator tried switching my processional order, the photographers were rude and I never even got to see my photos as well as tons of noise during the exchanging of our vows. The flowers I ordered were half wilted and turning brown. I had guests who almost missed the wedding because their sail card wasn't correct. They were EXTREMELY unorganized and left not only me, but my guests wondering if they had ever done a wedding before. The whole thing was pretty chaotic. I'm honestly surprised the wedding even happened at all. I would STRONGLY caution against using them as a venue. I picked a cruise wedding because I thought it would be stress free and fun. It could not be farther from the truth.

I have had the absolute worst experience as a bride with “the wedding experience”. You cannot get a hold of them…email after email I have sent, call after call. Tip: just don’t book with celebrity. They are not helpful or actually seem to care at all about you. Ginette is by far one of the worst customer sales people…& it’s a shame because Celebrity is known for luxury but not anymore for me.
