I met Ceri in college we took classes together and she seemed like a great person so I recommended her to a friend for her wedding in September of 2010. She also did their engagement pictures. After first doing their engagement pictures she was 5 weeks late on getting them back to them. She wouldn't answer her phone when they called. She finally emailed them back and apologized for her lack of communication and promised that it would never happen again. She photographed the wedding and everything seemed great. She contacted my friend once but then after that she stopped communication. They continued to call and email her for months. She had a contract but did not follow it. She promised fifty edited proofs of the wedding and twenty five of the engagement and did not do them. They tried to contact her via certified mail, phone, email, and facebook. They contacted the Better Business Bureau and she was unresponsive to them. They finally figure out that she was graduating from The Art Institutes International Minnesota and went to her graduation show. When they made contact she told them she would have them ready in a week and for them to pick them up at her work. When they finally got the CD they asked her for part of their money back because she did not follow through with the contract. They gave her an option of paying or they would take her to court. She told them to take her to court because she didn't have the money. Overall I would never recommend her again to anyone. She should not be photographing weddings!
