My husband and I used Catering Peoria at Coyote Creek Golf club for our catering and ceremony and reception venue. We couldn't have been more satisfied with all of their services.
First, the venue. Being able to have both our ceremony and reception at that venue made things more convenient for our guests, especially since most were coming from out of town. The venue is very beautiful, so we didn't have to go overboard on decorations to make it look nice. Our guests loved the deck located off of the banquet room - it was a nice evening and many people took advantage of that outdoor space.
Next, the food. We were blown away at how good the food was at our tasting session and hoped it would be that good on our wedding day. It definitely was. We received numerous compliments on how good the meal was. Our meal was buffet style and the food was hot and fresh. There was a separate area for the buffet line, located right off of the banquet room, which made for an easy, non-congested serving experience. We also selected an hors d'oeuvres package, which also offered incredibly tasty food options. The staff was flexible and allowed us to serve part of the package during cocktail hour and the rest later in the evening, which made for a nice treat towards the end of the reception!
Lastly, the staff. Everyone we worked with was absolutely amazing. Karen did a great job of answering our questions and working with us through all of the details to ensure everything was how we wanted. Everyone else involved was so caring and genuine and we couldn't thank them enough for all they did for us.
