We did a variety of food stations instead of a traditional buffet menu. My guests never waited in line, everyone was stuffed, and the food was EXCELLENT.

I provided David with my vision, to fuse California and Minnesota cuisine and use as many local and seasonal items as possible for an hors d'oeuvres party proceeding my wedding. He took classic Minnesota ingredients and added a Napa Valley flair! He responded quickly to my emails and offered creative ideas to showcase our favorite regional treats. David took the time to get to know me and my husband and created a menu that really reflected us. Catering by Deli Double went above-and-beyond by even driving to a family favorite small-town meat market to purchase some one-of-a-kind ingredients to make our evening unforgettable.
