About

Carter's Family Rent-All is a Wedding \ Party Rental. We rent tents in many sizes, pole and frame, and in lots of colors, including White. We offer a FREE Site Survey, you are under no obligation for this FREE service. Put our expertize to work for you.
As well as tents we have 4 kinds of tables and 4 types of chairs, 2 styles of white. We offer white chairs that can be used for Beach Weddings and can provide delivery and pickup. We have dance floors, dishes, linens, glassware and flatware........ A one stop shop for rental needs.
Our tents can be as formal or informal as is nedded. We have chandler lights, celling fans for the tents, misting fans for the heat, and patio heaters for the cold. We can add pole skirts to the tent to give it just that more flair.
We have been in business since 1998, but have just moved to the Holly Hill area, to better serve our clients.

Poor Customer Service

If I could give Carters Family Rentals 0 stars, I absolutely would. This company displayed horrible customer service today, when they were called out to measure for a Tent Rental Quote. The technician, Lori was rude and condescending to my elderly mother. Lori also lacked the basic knowledge of “tables and chairs” available to fit inside the tent. If it’s too much to explain to your customer, carry a pamphlet to show the options available for rent!!! I called to speak to the owner of the company, whom sounded half asleep on the phone and defended Lori’s procedure and poor business acumen. I’m sure they aren’t the only “show in town” and will gladly take my NY coins elsewhere!!!!! PS- I’m pretty sure you were turned off by the melanin in my mothers skin. If have have more than half a brain, you will comprehend. Toodles!

Carter's Family Rent-All has been my "Go To" party rental company for years. Every time I work a wedding that requires rental items to be brought in, they came from Carter's. I know they have everything a person could need and that means not wasting time running around. Also, they have a solid reputation which ensures you will have the items you ordered as promised. There customer service is top notch and they really work with their customers. Carter's is a wonderful company and it's always been a pleasure to do business with them!
