Carol's food was delicious and very reasonably priced! She was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions and responded promptly to emails and phone calls. She is very professional and her food is not only delicious, but exceptionally presented as well. Everything looked beautiful! We had the fruit and chesse display with the Swedish meatballs. Everyone talked about how much they loved the meatballs. We also had the drink station, which I highly recommend, because we did not have to worry about refilling pitchers throughout the night or making sure everyone had water, etc. For dinner, we had the pork tenderloin, green beans, and the potato casserole. I agree with some of the other reviews on here....the potato casserole is amazing! You must ask to taste it during the sampling. It has a hint of spiciness, but it is not overpowering. Carol made our wedding cake also. It was lemon with buttercream frosting and people went back for seconds. There was none left at the end of the night!
