The Candoro Arts & Heritage Center Grounds serve as a unique and affordable wedding venue with plenty of space for indoor or outdoor events. The venue offers 2,000 square feet of space inclusive of kitchen facilities as well as an attached carriage house that provides an additional 800 sq. ft. and is especially good for live music due to its pleasant acoustics. One acre of flat grassy lawn lined with Italian cypress trees perfect for tent setup or open air celebrations is also included in the fee.
Knoxville’s historic Candoro Marble building rents for $1200, is yours for the entire day and includes tables and chairs for up to 100 people.
It is perfect for an event of 150 people or less. Generally, for a wedding or dinner, 4 hours or more are needed for setup, photos, breakdown, and clean-up. A $150 security deposit is required to book and will be refunded once the building is inspected for cleanliness and damage after the event. This deposit is refundable if the event is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled day. Cleaning services are available for an additional $100.
Every wedding and event is required to carry an event insurance policy and provide Candoro Arts & Heritage Center with proof of your insurance. Event policies generally cost around one hundred dollars and can be purchased on the Event Helper website (http://www.eventhelper.com) or added to a homeowners policy.
