Iris was so sweet and catered to our every need. She allowed my husband and I to do several taste test until we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend her services to any couple that may need her services.

She took my description and transformed it into an amazing 7 tier cake. The groom's cake was just as fabulous...looked like 3 tree stumps stacked on top of each other. Fantastic!

Iris is WONDERFUL!! She did both of the brides and grooms cake for us. Her numbers were right on target when we discussed the number of people we were expecting. Very little cake was left over. Everyone talked about the cakes all night!! Definitely recommend Iris. "Strawberry" was my favorite!!!

In our first meeting, she was very kind, provided excellent information, never tried to get us to buy more cake than we needed, and had EXCELLENT products. Phenomenal cake! We had 4 layers: almond, strawberry, chocolate, and white chocolate... SO. DELICIOUS. We didn't have any leftovers; received endless comments on how extraordinary the cake was. Iris was so sweet & easy to work with; she really took my vision and created an even more beautiful cake.
