Carissa was one of our favorite wedding vendors to work with. She is incredibly talented, kind, professional, and responsive -- and she bakes the most amazing cakes! She truly is an artist and takes pride in her work, evidenced by our wonderful experience with her making our custom wedding cake.

We had been to plenty of weddings where the cake/dessert looked much better than it tasted, so we wanted to ensure our cake looked AND tasted divine. My sister used Carissa for her own wedding cake and I remembered how delicious it was, so after we had an initial cake tasting with her, we knew we didn't want to work with anyone else! After sharing a few inspiration pictures and talking through our vision, she worked with us to create a plan that best fit our needs.

Throughout the entire process, Carissa was very professional and prompt to respond to all our questions which gave us one less thing to stress about in the sea of wedding planning madness. She carefully delivered the cake herself on wedding day, completed all set up and break down, and even added the finishing touches with our topper and fresh florals/greenery to completely bring our vision to life. Carissa executed on the design perfectly and created a masterpiece for us that looked amazing and tasted even better. I'm so glad there were a few pieces left at the end of the night that we got to take home and enjoy for a few more days! We plan to hire Carissa for all our future custom bakery needs!

Carissa is an artist who also has been blessed with an incredible baking talent! She was so pleasant to work with: very communicative, prompt with follow ups, and ultimately, her cakes were masterpieces both visually and for our guests' tastebuds. Walking away from our tasting, we had a clear plan built out for both our wedding cake and groom's cake. She delivered flawlessly on both.

I decided to sample Carissa’s cakes after seeing her great reviews on here. They were not wrong. Best white wedding cake ever. It was moist until many white cakes. The other flavors are delicious as well. Will be using her for other special occasion cakes in the future.

She was amazing! She helped us figure out how we wanted to decorate our cakes and then she added her own personalization that fitted us and our relationship.

We’ve all been to plenty of weddings where the cake may look beautiful, but you take a bite and it’s dry and flavorless... That is the exact OPPOSITE of our wedding cake designed by Carissa! Not only was our 3-tier cake gorgeous, but it was so delicious that people were going back for seconds! We received so many compliments from our guests even after the wedding. It was super moist and tasty, and stayed that way even 2 weeks post-wedding while we picked at the scraps! Carissa is so talented, sweet and easygoing, and offers so many options for designing your perfect cake. We highly recommend her! Suggestion: try her banana cake with cream cheese frosting!!

Carissa was professional and so easy to work with! Our cake was three tier with chocolate, pumpkin and strawberry layers. It was delicious!!! Everyone was commenting on how good the cake was.

Carissa decorated it with silk flowers. It was simple yet beautiful! It was perfect in all ways❤️
