Absolutely treats you like family. Prices are completely reasonable and service is beyond accommodating. They also ensure that you can bring your jewelry back at any time for cleaning, jewel replacement, etc. Truly one of the last great family owned businesses in the jewelry industry.

John Paul Kelley is the best jewelry salesman you could ever work with! We bought our engagement ring, and wedding bands from him. When I couldn't decide about my band, he gave us several options to look at, ordered from jewelry providers, etc. until we got it perfect. He is the best! You have to go visit him at Reuschleins!

I loved working with Joe and John Paul at Reuschleins! They were quick to respond to any email or phone call regarding a sizing, cleaning, engraving etc. My fiancé picked out my ring there and I went in a few months later to pick out his and they were super friendly and helpful. Soon after I got the ring and had it resized, a small diamond fell out while I was out of town. Because they had the ring in their possession only days before for re-sizing, they replaced the diamond the next day for free even though my fiancé hadn't purchased insurance on it yet. They are a little pricier than a Jared's or Kay jewelers, but you definitely get the quality and service you deserve!

Overpriced pieces and sloppy, dishonest work
They put 3 yellowish-brown diamonds in my ring, thinking I wouldn't notice, where 3 virtually colorless diamonds used to be. When I picked up my ring, I could see right away with my naked eye that the double shanks were now uneven, and the diamonds didn't sparkle like they used to. I'm a third-generation Reuschlein's customer and my ring was purchased from there, so I didn't consider letting any other jeweler work on it when it needed a repair. However, last month I started working for a diamond jewelry shop and I looked at Reuschlein's repair under the microscope at work and it is terrible, sloppy, lazy and dishonest work. They botched my precious ring.
Never take jewelry here for a repair. Reuschlein's probably cracked or lost my 3 E/F round brilliant diamonds and didn't have equal quality diamonds on hand, but instead of ordering 3 replacements, or handling it honestly, they put in 3 yellowish-brown diamonds.
