By Kait Elle Events provides clear and concise service, that empowers couples to make informed decisions for their event. Kait’s all-inclusive package includes unlimited contact with your planner, and mock-ups of your table design to help conceptualize the final décor. She will happily recommend and coordinate with vendors, create a budget, and organize the setup of your venue after finalizing a floor plan. For couples or hosts who would rather an à la carte approach, Kait offers an hourly consulting service to assist with select aspects of the day.

Best decision ever!

It was a last minute decision of mine to hire Kait. I was told by my venue that they would be able to handle the coordination of the day but I really wanted to ensure the day went completely smoothly and that the design aligned with my vision. It was by far the best decision I made for the wedding! I reached out to her in June (my wedding was in October) and luckily for me her wedding on my weekend had been postponed. From that point on she kept me on track for planning, making sure I got everything done on time, provided me with unique design ideas to bring my vision to life, managed scheduling with current vendors and connected me with new ones, took care of rentals, and was just generally extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding, I was able to fully enjoy the day because I knew the coordination was in great hands and the design turned out stunning. My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner. I highly recommend hiring Kait for your wedding coordination/design/planning!

Exceptional! Loved Every Moment!

We used by Kait Elle's hourly consulting service to help us find a venue and florist, and to also assist in the design/decor of our wedding. We couldn't be more happy with everything! The hourly consultant service was perfect for us because a full service planner wasn't in the budget.
