Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Butter and the Genre is a seven-piece jazz band that plays at weddings and other special occasions. Greg Haubrich is the band leader, playing world-class jazz on his trumpet at night, but he is a personal injury trial lawyer by day. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry as a trumpet player, composer, arranger, and producer. Butter and his talented bandmates know how to put on a show that will create timeless memories during the wedding celebrations.

Butter and the Genre is a signed recording artist with OneAce Records, a Legends Music Group Company. Our album, "Music Is Life", will be released in February 2026.

We offer music as primary entertainment and/or for background to set the atmospher you want to experience at your unity celebration. Butter and the Genre play bebop and swing, which will keep guests on the dance floor for the whole night. They play shows throughout the whole year at events such as shows, weddings, corporate events, and more. Their high-energy performance will have everybody talking for months after the celebrations.
