Rosalie is AMAZING! We had a small cake pop cake with bride and groom cake pops and floral sugar cookies. Definitely a big hit and tasted amazing as well! Buffalo cake pops is very flexible and was so understanding through the pandemic as we had to originally postpone our wedding.

Loved our wedding experience with Rosalie!! Her desserts are to die for. We went with a bunch of cake pop flavors and cake to cut. The hardest part was narrowing down the flavors! Her Italian cookies are also amazing!! I will be going to her for all my special event dessert needs! Thanks again Rosalie :)

Rosalie is fantastic to work with. I don't know how she does it, but she creates dozens upon dozens of highly detailed, highly delicious designs every single day, so she really knows what she's doing. We ordered about 100 or so cake pops for our wedding, with different designs and flavors. She can customize any flavor and design you want, in addition to her standard menu, so the possibilities are pretty limitless here. We had footballs, basketballs, frosty snowballs, and even ones that looked like our cat. (Seriously, I sent her a photo of our cat and asked if she could make ones that looked like her. She did!) Rosalie provided all of the setup and display materials too, along with delivery, so we didn't have to worry about that on the day. 10 out of 10, 5 stars, 100%, spectacular!

I fell in love with Buffalo Cake Pops when I visited the Buffalo Indie bridal show. I ate way too many and wanted to book Buffalo Cake Pops on the spot! Rosalie is an amazing person to work with and she's extremely friendly and helpful. My one regret is that we didn't order enough. Our guests didn't take 1 or 2 as we thought, they were filling up their hands with them and they disappeared quickly. Rosalie was nice enough to box up a few for us that we happily ate after the wedding. She also made us a 6" round cake to cut through and it was so delicious! Our wedding was in the winter so she decorated it like a cable knit sweater. I will definitely be ordering from Buffalo Cake Pops for many events to come!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Rosalie. First off, she's a wonderful person to work with. She made the planning process super easy, brought our ideas to life, and was always responsive to our questions. I don't even know where to begin with how absolutely wonderful AND delicious our wedding cake was! She brought our vision to life and I could not have pictured our cake any other way. I'm convinced she makes the tastiest cakes in all of Buffalo. You will not be disappointed if you choose Rosalie for your big day!

Buffalo Cake Pops did an amazing job with our wedding dessert table. Rosalie really knows what she’s doing and her cake pops are DELICIOUS - everyone at our wedding raved about them. We just wanted cake pops, but she offers cookies and regular cakes as well. We loved the cake pops because people could grab one and get back to the dance floor! We ended up doing a 3-tier cake pop cake and then had more pops on dessert stands and platters around it. We told her the color scheme and vibe we were going for but didn’t specify the designs we wanted, and she ran with it and delivered a beautiful product! We provided the dessert stands and platters but she also has some that you can rent. She has a lot of flavor options and also has vegan and gluten free options. One thing I will say if you plan to book Buffalo Cake Pops is to stay on top of the communications. I know these vendors are very busy but it took weeks to get a response on several occasions and I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, I would highly recommend Rosalie and Buffalo Cake Pops for your dessert needs!

I can’t say enough about the beautiful cake pop cake Rosalie made for us on our wedding day ! I was the most excited about the cake throughout the entire planning process and she did not disappoint! Even with all the uncertainty of this year, Rosalie always kept me calm and was always there to listen when I needed her. She assured me everything would be okay and our day would be beautiful no matter what! Her work is truly amazing and Rosalie is so sweet! I will forever be grateful for her and talents!
