Professional and passionate with exceptional service

Rosina is really professional, friendly, artistic, reliable. We was pleased with my mother and sisters makeup for my wedding. She really listens to your needs and gets it right. Would definitely recommend Rosina. Thanks again.

Book Brushes and Roses!

I used Brushes and Roses for my engagement pictures and wedding, and I can’t recommend Rosina enough! She and Ashley were so warm and welcoming, attentive, easy to schedule with, and communicative. She squeezed me in during an already busy day to accommodate the bridal trial for my engagement pictures, and six of us on my wedding day. They showed up on time, got everyone’s hair and makeup done with plenty of time to spare and everyone looked and felt great! Rosina helped me feel more comfortable in makeup on my wedding day without having to sacrifice any looks and helped ease some of the nerves! She provided the ladies with general makeup advice and tips outside of the day’s looks, and also offered to help me with my bridal boob tape. A true gem! I highly recommend Brushes and Roses for your hair and makeup!

Capturing a perfect moment

Rosina & Lily. Professionalism, well educated on the high end products & breaking it down in simple terms for us to understand (I can highly appreciate that), while having a clear communication of expectations from start to end, how to handle deposits & always keeping up in the loop! 10/10 recommendation! You can’t beat a first time memorable moment & I was glad they were able to aid us in this.

The best of the best!

Very professional and great communication! Quick on response and very detailed about packages and pricing. Portfolio is amazing and uses quality choice products as well. Makes planning definitely smoother and less stressful for the big day! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

MUA for every event

Rosina has done my makeup for my Nikkah (Islamic Marriage Ceremony - Husband's Side), engagement photos, bridal portraits, and both our destination wedding in Italy and our wedding party in the states. Every single time, she has nailed the look. My husband always is taken back, all the guests asked me who did my makeup, and our photos are BEAUTIFUL! She also assisted in the taping issues, make sure I had the right glow on my arms and chest for the photos, and handled my zipper fiasco (resulting in her having to pin me in my dress). She stepped in where the coordinators did not and eased the tension. I could not have asked for a better MUA and I will continue to have her do my makeup for all future big events!

If I could give zero stars I would. From the very beginning Rosina lacked grace and seemed money hungry. She did not communicate what she had in mind for my particular case, and it was not written in the contract. She could see there needed to be some sort of compromise due to her lack of clearly outlined policies and her miscommunication, but she decided to keep trying to justify her actions.
