Brittany has done my makeup on numerous occasions and has always done a fantastic job! Best I've ever had done!

So Brittany was suppose to do my makeup for my wedding next Saturday 4.20.24. In the beginning she seemed professional and nice. I was suppose to have my makeup trial Sunday March 24th. I messaged her the day before to find out what time and she said she didn’t know if she would be able to my trail the next day since she was in the ER with a headache. So I told her to let me know by that night if she was wanting to do it the next day or not. She never messaged me that night and let me know. The next day I heard from a friend she is known to bail on brides. So I gave her dates I had off work those didn’t work for her. So I gave her days I wasn’t on call at work since I work at a Hospital but I still had to work. So she asked if wed the 3rd worked I said yes she never messaged me for a whole week so I was unsure if we were planning the 3rd or not.. so I didn’t take off .. she messaged me the day before with the time and I said I couldn’t do it. I just wish she would of told me to plan the 3rd and she would message me the day before with the time. But no.. so she messaged me this past Tuesday if Sunday or Wednesday works the week of my wedding. I don’t have time to drive clear to North Platte almost 3 hours the week of my wedding. I say I’m just going to do my own makeup and asked for the deposit back and she never gave it to me back. Said no refunds on deposits. She also never had me sign a contract and I think that’s so she can bail on brides. She said she was moving and would send me a contract when she found it. Never did . I just want brides to not go through what I did.

I hired her to do my make up. On the day she was supposed to do my face, ( my son's wedding day). She claims she didn't make the appointment. I screen shot the whole conversation. Many hours later she says she doesn't look at this site for her appointments...blatant lie. I found out from the stylist community here in North Platte she is notorious for blowing people off! Thanks for nothing Brittany Lee!
