Brio is a string ensemble based in Clarksville TN that began in 2010 with the young members of the Compton Family. The classically trained siblings are principal members of the Grace Note Youth Orchestra and now also perform as a family ensemble. They play a wide variety of instrumental music including classical, hymns, folk and bluegrass. Their music has been described as “completely awesome” (S.Thompson) and “amazingly inspirational” (K. Castellaw).

Brio's musical variety and versatility provides a beautiful compliment for any special occasion. Acoustic string instruments can add subtle ambiance to smaller venues or be a brilliant focus of entertainment. An availability of two to five performing musicians adds even more options to customize each event.

* Weddings: The Brio ensemble is especially suited for weddings. A traditional package includes 20-30 minutes of prelude and postlude, processionals, recessionals and ceremony music if desired. Music selection is always in the hands of bride and groom though we are happy to make suggestions. Cocktail hour bookings are also available.
